• Business & Personal Information: Name, email address, phone number, company/organization name, inventory details (item names, quantities, rates), party records (Sundry Debtors and Sundry Creditors), and any other information you provide.
• Authentication Data: We use a 4-digit PIN for access. This PIN is stored securely (hashed) on our servers to protect your account.
• Usage Data: IP address, device information, log data, and app analytics.
• Technical Data: Device model, operating system, unique device identifiers, and network connectivity information.

App Permissions

BHANDAAR may request certain device permissions to provide its features. These permissions are requested only when needed and only for the purposes described below:

• Internet: Required for secure data transmission and synchronization with the backend servers.
• Storage / Temporary Files: The app may use internal storage to temporarily store and process data required for its operation.

Internet & Network

• Purpose: Required for syncing data with backend servers and real-time updates.
• Data Transmitted: Inventory records, party information, transaction details, and user profile information necessary to operate your account.
• How We Use, Store, and Protect Data: All data transmitted between the app and our servers is protected in transit using TLS (HTTPS).
• Retention: We retain data only as long as necessary to provide the Service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
• Control: Internet access is required for the app's networked features.
